Elaine also has over 20 years working with SME's supporting them in the areas of Commercial Lending, expansion and growth.

Elaine has exceptional training, mentoring & coaching skills. she is passionate about Apprenticeships and their benefit to both Employer & Learners and her sessions are full of motivation & energy!

Elaine has an MBA, a Diploma in Management Consultancy and is Prince2® certified. Some of her former senior leadership roles include Santander Corporate & Commercial Bank, National Westminster Bank, KLM UK Engineering and Norwich Union Direct.
