Rob brings 14 years of experience of teaching and heading school departments, with more than 10 years Industry experience in Project Management. Rob was very keen to get involved in Apprenticeships as he believed them to be a more effective, comprehensive. practical & enjoyable learning experience for adult learners.

Rob has worked in wide range of sectors mostly centred around education, manufacturing and aviation. He is a very creative person and happiest when engaged in team building, problem solving, engaged in continuous improvement by developing robust and diligent management processes utilising lean and agile approaches with a meticulous attention to detail.

Rob holds Prince2®, APM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile PM, a PGCE and a BA (Honours) in Industrial Product Design.
