Amy Leeds has been assessing level 2 and 3 Early Years Qualifications since 2016.

Before this, She was an Early Years Practitioner/Montessori Teacher for almost 20 years. She worked in Pre-schools and Day Nurseries during this time so have a wide range of experience in the Early Years Sector.

As an assessor, She enjoys working with learners to link the theories of Early Years Practice to their own experiences and knowledge and tailor the training she gives to meet the learners own individual needs.

Fun Fact: She loves music and plays the guitar (Which was very useful when working with young children)
